By using the methods of literature,expert interview and logical analysis,this paper expounds the four-fold logic,blocking dilemma and practical approach of urban grassroots sports governance transformation in the era of smart community.In the era of smart community,the transformation of grassroots urban sports governance has four logic:main body reconstruction,scene transformation,technological innovation and value realization.However,there are following blocking factors:lack of overall planning and the construction of standard system is not perfect;the supply structure is unbalanced,and the rationality of tool value is difficult to combine;the power and responsibility of the subject are confused,and the overall wisdom and governance force is difficult to stimulate;the safety supervision is absent,laws and regulations system is not perfect.And it puts forward the practical approach:optimize the top-level design,innovate the overall planning mechanism of sports smart governance;strengthen information sharing and adhere to the two-way empowerment of technology and society;clarify the powers and responsibilities of the main body,and create a diversified collaborative smart governance model;strengthen normal supervision and build a three-dimensional information security protection system.
