Difficulties and development strategies in the supply of ice and snow tourism venues in northwest China
Through a survey of the current state of ice and snow tourism sports venues in the five northwestern provinces and an in-depth analysis of their management models,the aim is to promote the positive development of the ice and snow tourism industry.It is found that the overall economic development level in the northwest region is relatively low,and the development of ice and snow sports started late.There are numerous issues in terms of public services related to ice and snow venues,such as a lack of strong policy support,a lack of scientific industrial development planning,insufficient investment in ski resort construction funds,a shortage of professional technical management talents,and low brand awareness and influence.Based on the above issues,the following solutions are proposed:improve institutional construction and strengthen safeguard measures,coordinate and integrate resources for regional linkage development,implement multiple measures to ensure capital investment,expand talent acquisition channels to ensure talent supply,build distinctive brands and increase publicity efforts.
