Nutrient characteristics of meat in fattening Liaoning Cashmere Wether Goat
Twenty-four Liaoning Cashmere Wether Goats were randomly divided into three groups, feeding with number 1 to 3 ration. All the Wether goat were investigated normal nutrients ingredi-ents, fatty acids, and amino acids in meat. The results showed crude fat(EE%)in test 1 and 2 were all significantly(P<0.05) higher than the control, and crude ash(Cash%) in test 1 was significant (P<0.05) higher than the control. As a whole, the fatty acids in test 1 were higher than (or equal to ) the control. And C8:0,C14:1,C16:1,C22:1n9 in test 1 were all significant(P<0.05) high-er than the control;and C18:1n9c, total fatty acids,SFA、MUFA、CLA of meat in test 1 were all ex-tremely significantly(P<0.01) higher than the control;C18:1n9c, total fatty acids,CLA in test 2 were significantly(P<0.05) higher than the control. The amino acids in the control in the mass was higher than test 1 and test 2, while threonine in test 2 was significant(P<0.05) higher than the control. Essential amino acid score(AAS), E/T,E/N in test 1 were all higher than the control According to the results it could been summarized that crude fat, PUFA and total fatty acids were increased, and essential amino acid score(AAS), E/T, E/N were all increased, the amino acids were improved after fattening.
