摘要
猫下呼吸道疾病是在宠物临床中十分常见的疾病,是猫哮喘、支气管哮喘、过敏性哮喘、支气管疾病和慢性支气管炎等问题的统称.文章记录一例猫慢性呼吸道病例的诊疗过程.除了常规影像学、实验室检查外,患猫还进行了气管镜检查,取脓液样本进行了药敏试验.文章阐述猫慢性呼吸道疾病的病因、鉴别诊断、发病机制以及诊断、治疗方法,以期为相关疾病的临床诊疗提供参考.
Abstract
Lower respiratory tract disease in cats is a common disease in pet clinic.It is a general term for cat asthma,bronchial asthma,allergic asthma,bronchial diseases and chronic bronchitis.The paper records the diagnosis and treatment process of a cat with chronic respiratory tract disease.Besides routine imaging and laboratory examination,the cat also underwent bronchoscopy and took pus samples for drug sensitivity test.The article expounds the etiology,differential diagnosis,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of chronic respiratory diseases in cats,in order to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
