摘要
NOD样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)是目前研究最广泛的炎性小体传感器,在免疫防御中发挥重要作用.NLRP3炎性小体通过触发效应蛋白半胱天冬酶1(Caspase1)激活,促炎细胞因子白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-18(IL-18)随之成熟.NLRP3炎性小体的异常活化与炎性肠病的发展机制有关,其中钾离子(K+)外流、活性氧的生成、溶酶体损伤等是炎性小体活化过程中的重要环节.文章就NLRP3炎性小体的活化机制及其在炎性肠病的作用进行综述,以期为动物炎性肠病的临床治疗提供参考.
Abstract
The NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)is the most widely studied inflammatory body sensor and plays an important role in immune defense.The NLRP3 inflammasome is activated by triggering the effect protein Caspasel(Caspasel),and the pro-inflammatory cytokines interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-18(IL-18)mature accordingly.The abnormal activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome is related to the development mechanism of inflammatory bowel disease,among which K+outflow,reactive oxygen species generation,and lysosome damage are important links in the inflammasome activation process.The article reviews the activation mechanism of the NLRP3 inflammasome and its role in inflammatory bowel disease.
