Preparation and evaluation of colloidal gold detection card for Babesia canis antibody
The purpose of the study was to rapidly detect Babesia canis antibody,and to prepare a colloidal gold detection card for Babesisia canis antibody by colloidal gold immunochromatography technology and evaluate its functionality.The goat anti-murine IgG and Bg P47 Ag were coated on NC membrane as quality control line and detection line,respectively.The colloidal gold-labeled murine IgG and murine anti-canine IgG were uniformly sprayed on the polyester fiber membrane as a labeling pad,the glass fiber solution of the chemical preparation was evenly applied to the sample pad,and the colloidal gold detection card for Babesia caninis antibody was prepared with absorbent paper and PVC bottom plate,and its specificity,sensitivity,uniformity,acceleration stability and real-time stability were evaluated,and the results were compared with the results of ELISA and PCR.The results showed that the test card did not cross-react with canine lyme antibody(lyme Ab)-positive canine serum,canine distemper virus antibody(CDV Ab)-positive canine serum,canine parvovirus antibody(CPV Ab)-positive canine serum,canine Anaplasma Ab-positive canine serum,and canine triple vaccine-positive immunized canine serum samples.Samples with concentrations diluted up to 1∶256 can be detected.It can be valid for up to 24 months.Studies have shown that the test card can quickly and accurately detect Babesia canis antibody,and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of animals.
