1例犬脾脏破裂合并气胸的诊治

摘要
一只泰迪犬从6楼坠落摔伤,经临床检查、X射线检查、B超检查及剖腹探查发现,患犬发生脾脏破裂合并气胸及掌骨骨折.此病例气胸症状治疗采用抽气恢复其负压的方法;脾脏破裂严重,最终摘除脾脏后对其进行输血疗法;掌骨骨折部位采用外固定的方法对其复位;最终患犬恢复良好.文章将为临床严重外伤、脾脏破裂合并气胸及骨折病例的诊断与治疗提供一定参考.
Abstract
A Teddy dog fell from the 6th floor and was injured by clinical examination,X-ray examination,B-ultrasound examination and laparotomy,and it was found that the dog had a ruptured spleen with pneumothorax and metacarpal fracture.In the case,pneumothorax symptoms were treated by pumping to restore the negative pressure.Severe spleen rupture,and blood transfusion therapy after final spleen removal.The metacarpal fracture was reduced by external fixation.Eventually,the affected dog recovered well.The article will provide certain reference for the diagnosis and treatment of spleen rupture complicated with pneumothorax and fracture in clinical severe trauma cases.
