摘要
血小板减少症是指血小板数低于正常范围所引起的病症,见于原发性免疫性血小板减少、再生障碍性贫血等血液系统疾病、自身免疫系统疾病并发血液系统损伤、感染性疾病及肿瘤放化疗等病程中.血小板减少症的标准一线治疗为采用糖皮质激素,但复发率较高,且易出现不良反应.一旦出现上述情况,往往会选择二线治疗方案,如选用利妥昔单抗、环孢素A等免疫抑制剂进行治疗.文章记录一例采取一线和二线联合治疗的血小板减少症患犬的治疗过程,以期提高该病的临床治愈率,降低复发性.
Abstract
Thrombocytopenia refers to the condition caused by the number of platelets lower than the normal range,which can be seen in the course of primary immune thrombocytopenia,aplastic anemia and other hematologic diseases,autoimmune diseases complicated by hematologic injury,infectious diseases,and tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The standard first-line treatment for thrombocytopenia is glucocorticoids,but the recurrence rate is high and adverse reactions are prone to occur.Once the above conditions occur,second-line treatment options are often chosen,such as immunosuppressants such as rituximab and cyclosporine A.The article records the treatment process of a dog with thrombocytopenia who underwent first-line and second-line combination therapy,in order to improve the clinical cure rate of the disease and reduce the recurrence.
