中草药在水产动物养殖中的应用研究进展

摘要
中草药含有多种营养物质和生物活性成分,可加快水产动物的生长速度,降低发病率,改善肉质,诱食,增强消化能力等,同时兼具药效和补充营养的作用.中草药能够增强机体非特异性免疫力以对抗病毒和细菌,且不易产生抗药性.文章综述了中草药对养殖鱼类生长与饲料利用、肌肉品质、抗氧化能力与血液生化指标等方面的影响及相关的应用研究进展,对今后中草药在水产养殖方面的应用研究的重点进行了展望,以期为高效利用中草药及推动我国水产养殖行业的可持续发展提供参考.
Abstract
Chinese herbal medicine contains a variety of nutrients and bioactive ingredients,which can accelerate the growth rate of aquatic animals,reduce the incidence rate,improve meat quality,induce food,enhance digestive ability,etc.,and have the role of drug efficacy and nutrition supplement.Chinese herbal medicine can enhance the body's non-specific immunity against viruses and bacteria,and is not easy to produce drug resistance.The paper reviews the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on the growth and feed utilization,muscle quality,antioxidant capacity and blood biochemical indexes of farmed fish and related application research progress,and looks forward to the focus of future research on the application of Chinese herbal medicine in aquaculture,in order to provide reference for the efficient use of Chinese herbal medicine and the sustainable development of China's aquaculture industry.
