猫心肌病分类分期及匹莫苯丹治疗猫心肌病的研究进展

摘要
随着养猫数量增加,猫心肌病在宠物临床中越来越常见.匹莫苯丹是治疗犬充血性心力衰竭标准方案之一,近年来也逐渐应用于治疗猫心肌病和心力衰竭,对猫肥厚型心肌病(HCM)安全耐受性良好,且非梗阻性HCM患猫可从治疗中获益.为了更好地治疗猫心肌病,文章介绍了猫心肌病的分类分期,综述了匹莫苯丹在猫心肌病治疗中的应用,以期为猫心肌病的治疗方案优化更新提供参考.
Abstract
With the increase in the number of cats,feline cardiomyopathy is becoming more and more common in pet clinics.Pimobendan,one of the standard regimens for the treatment of congestive heart failure in dogs,has also been gradually applied to the treatment of feline cardiomyopathy and heart failure in recent years,and is safe and well tolerated in feline hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM),and cats with non-obstructive HCM can benefit from the treatment.In order to better treat feline cardiomyopathy,this article introduces the classification and staging of feline cardiomyopathy,and reviews the application of pimobendane in the treatment of feline cardiomyopathy,in order to provide a reference for the optimization and update of the treatment plan for feline cardiomyopathy.
