摘要
鄂尔多斯市隆胜野生动物园荒漠动物苑出现一例成年蒙古野驴(Equus hemionus Pallas)感染腐蹄病,该驴表现食欲下降、步态不稳、精神萎靡.采集患驴蹄部分泌物,经染色镜检发现多形性杆菌,即坏死杆菌(Necrobacterium),随即采取隔离治疗.文章记录了蒙古野驴患腐蹄病诊断治疗的全过程,包括麻醉保定、修剪蹄壳、采集样本进行实验室检查、治疗及预后,以期为正确化学保定蒙古野驴、解除麻醉、针对性用药、评估用药剂量、调整用药方案、有效预防腐蹄病等提供参考.
Abstract
A case of adult Equus hemionus Pallas infected with foot rot occurred in the desert animal garden of Longsheng Wildlife Park in Ordos City.The donkey showed loss of appetite,unstable gait and listlessness.The secretions from the hoof of the affected donkey were collected,and after staining microscopy,they found Necrobacterium,which was immediately isolated for treatment.The paper records the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of Equus hemionus Pallas suffering from foot rot,including anesthesia,trimming hoof shells,collecting samples for laboratory examination,treatment and prognosis,in order to provide a reference for correct chemical protection of Equus hemionus Pallas,anesthesia release,targeted medication,evaluation of medication dosage,adjustment of medication scheme,and effective prevention of foot rot.
