基于CiteSpace的饲料真菌毒素研发趋势分析

研究旨在了解饲料真菌毒素国内外研究现状及发展趋势.选取2013-2023年中国知网和WOS数据库相关文献,采用CiteSpace软件对452篇中文文献和1 279篇英文文献关键词进行共现、聚类等分析,绘制可视化图谱.结果显示,饲料真菌毒素相关研究呈上升趋势,主题有饲料生产与管理、污染调查与检测、病理和毒理机制以及毒素脱除等.其中,毒素脱除近期研究较热,内容包括微生物、降解酶以及固定化酶等工艺研究.研究表明,未来研发趋势为具有毒素降解能力的微生物筛选及其降解酶等合成吸附材料的开发.
Research and development trend analysis of feed mycotoxins based on CiteSpace
The purpose of the study is to understand the research status and development trend of feed mycotoxins at home and abroad.The related literatures of CNKI and WOS database from 2013 to 2023 were selected,the keywords of 452 Chinese literatures and 1 279 English literatures were analyzed by CiteSpace software,and the visual maps were drawn.The results showed that the research on feed mycotoxins showed an upward trend,with topics such as feed production and management,pollution investigation and detection,pathological and toxicological mechanisms,and toxin removal.Among them,the recent research on toxin removal is hot,including microorganisms,degrading enzymes and immobilized enzymes.The research shows that the future research and development trend is the screening of microorganisms with toxin degradation ability and the development of synthetic adsorption materials such as degradation enzymes.
