研究旨在了解宁夏地区犊牛蓝氏贾第虫的感染情况,从5个市16个规模化牛场采集470份犊牛粪便样品,利用巢氏PCR技术对BG基因位点进行检测和分析.结果显示,宁夏地区犊牛蓝氏贾第虫的总阳性率为16.17%(76/470),固原市阳性率最高为33.33%(14/42),石嘴山市阳性率最低为6.25%(3/48).断奶前、后犊牛阳性率分别为18.78%(40/213)和14.01%(36/257).阳性样本中蓝氏贾第虫携带的集聚体均为集聚体E.研究表明,宁夏地区哺乳期和断奶犊牛蓝氏贾第虫的阳性率无明显差异,固原市肉牛饲养区阳性率较高,集聚体E是该地区犊牛流行的主要亚型.
Investigation and analysis of Giardia lamblia infection in calves in Ningxia
The purpose of the study was to understand the infection of Giardia lamblia in calves in Ningxia.470 feces samples of calves were collected from 16 large-scale cattle farms in five cities,and the BG gene loci were detected and analyzed by Nest PCR.The results showed that the total positive rate of Giardia lamblia was 16.17%(76/470),the highest positive rate was 33.33%(14/42)in Guyuan,and the lowest positive rate was 6.25%(3/48)in Shizuishan.The positive rate of cattles before and after weaning were 18.78%(40/213)and 14.01%(36/257),respectively.The aggregates carried by Giardia lamblia in positive samples are all aggregates E.The study indicated that there was no significant difference in the positive rate of Giardia lamblia between lactating and weaning calves in Ningxia,but the positive rate of Giardia lamblia was higher in Guyuan beef cattle feeding area,and aggregate E was the main subtype of calves in the area.
