摘要
心丝虫是感染犬猫的重要寄生虫之一,对犬猫健康和福利均具有重要影响.定期服用相关驱虫药可有效预防心丝虫病.但宠物一旦感染心丝虫病,该病以及并发症不断发展可能危及生命,需要进行正确的诊断并采取有效的治疗方案.因此,了解心丝虫病的发病特点以及快速、准确地诊断及采取有效的治疗方案对临床治疗该病非常重要.文章综述了近年来犬猫心丝虫病的预防及诊疗研究进展,以期为该病的临床诊疗提供参考.
Abstract
Heartworm is one of the important parasites infecting dogs and cats,which has an important impact on the health and welfare of dogs and cats.Regular use of related anthelmintic drugs can effectively prevent heartworm.However,once a pet is infected with heartworm,the disease and its complications can be life-threatening,requiring proper diagnosis and effective treatment.Therefore,it is very important to understand the pathogenic characteristics of heartworm disease,diagnose it quickly and accurately,and take effective treatment plan for clinical treatment of heartworm disease.The article reviews the research progress of prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of dog and cat heartworm disease in recent years,in order to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
