油莎豆及其副产物的应用研究进展

摘要
油莎豆是一种适应能力很强的经济作物,具有耐干旱、生长周期短以及籽粒较多等特点.油莎豆块茎中富含蛋白质、糖类和淀粉等营养成分,油莎豆油、油莎豆粕以及油莎豆茎叶均具有较高的营养价值.目前,油莎豆及其副产物在食品、生物柴油以及医药领域研究较多,在家畜养殖领域的应用研究较少.文章对油莎豆营养组成以及副产物(油莎豆油、油莎豆粕和油莎豆茎叶)的应用进行概述,为油莎豆及其副产物在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考.
Abstract
Cyperus esculentus L.is a kind of cash crop with strong adaptability,which has the characteristics of drought tolerance,short growth cycle and more grains.Cyperus esculentus L.tubers are rich in protein,sugar,and starch.Cyperus esculentus L.oil,Cyperus esculentus L.meal,and Cyperus esculentus L.stems and leaves have high nutritional value.At present,there are many researches on Cyperus esculentus L.and its by-products in the fields of food,biodiesel and medicine,but few researches on the application of Cyperus esculentus L.in the field of livestock breeding.In the paper,the nutritional composition of Cyperus esculentus L.and the application of by-products(Cyperus esculentus L.oil,Cyperus esculentus L.meal,and Cyperus esculentus L.stems and leaves)were summarized,which provided a reference for the application of Cyperus esculentus L.and its by-products in livestock and poultry production.
