Study on the protective effect of Rhodiola rosea L.extract on animal skin
The purpose of the experiment was to study the protective effect of RE on animal skin.UVB irradiation was used to induce keratinocytes(HaCaT)and mouse back skin to establish animal skin injury models in vitro and in vivo. The protective effect of RE on skin injury was evaluated by detecting the levels of DNA damage, reactive oxygen species, inflammatory factors in HaCaT cells, the thickness of mouse dorsal epidermis and DNA damage. The results showed that RE could reduce DNA damage in HaCaT cells induced by ultraviolet rays, reduce the content of reactive oxygen species and mRNA expression of inflammatory factors in cells, and reduce the thickness of epidermis and DNA damage in mouse back skin injury model.Studies have shown that RE has a protective effect on skin injury.
