摘要
卵巢卵泡发育动力学主要用于揭示卵泡发育与生殖激素变化间的关联,同时也是动物繁育的主要指导技术之一.为促进我国马鹿的繁殖生产,文章对马鹿的卵巢卵泡发育动力学进行了全面总结,详细阐述了非发情期至发情期各阶段马鹿卵泡的发育及生殖激素的变化,以期为相关学者提供参考,进而达到提高我国马鹿生产效率的目的.
Abstract
Ovarian follicle development dynamics is mainly used to reveal the relationship between follicle development and reproductive hormone,and it is also one of the main techniques for animal breeding.In order to promote the reproduction and production of Cervus canadensis in China,the ovarian follicle development dynamics in Cervus canadensis was summarized in this paper,and the development of follicles and the changes of reproductive hormone in various stages from non-estrus to estrus were described in detail.It was expected to provide a reference for relevant scholars and improve the production efficiency of cervus elaphus in China.
