试验旨在探讨不同水平的山银花提取物对海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响.选择60周龄的健康的海兰褐蛋鸡4 000只,随机分成4组,每组10个重复,每个重复100只海兰褐蛋鸡.对照组海兰褐蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组组海兰褐蛋鸡分别饲喂添加0.25、0.50、1.00 g/kg的山银花提取物的基础日粮.预试期1周,正式试验期8周.结果显示,与对照组相比,日粮中添加0.50、1.00 g/kg山银花提取物可显著提高海兰褐蛋鸡平均日产蛋重、产蛋率、平均蛋重(P<0.05),显著降低料蛋比(P<0.05).与对照组相比,日粮中添加0.50、1.00 g/kg的山银花提取物可显著提高蛋壳强度、哈夫单位、蛋黄相对重(P<0.05).与对照组相比,日粮中0.50、1.00 g/kg的山银花提取物可显著降低蛋黄胆固醇含量(P<0.05).研究表明,海兰褐蛋鸡日粮中添加适量的山银花提取物可以改善产蛋性能及蛋品质,山银花提取物的最适添加水平为0.5 g/kg.
Abstract
The experiment aimed to explore the effects of different levels of Lonicera hypoglauca extract on the egg production performance and egg quality of Hy-Line Brown laying hens.A total of 4 000 healthy 60-week-old Hy-Line Brown laying hens were randomly divided into four groups,with 10 replicates per group,each consisting of 100 Hy-Line Brown laying hens.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the group 1,group 2,and group 3 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.25,0.50,1.00 g/kg of Lonicera hypoglauca extract,respectively.The preliminary trial lasted for one week,followed by an 8-week formal experimental period.The results showed that compared to the control group,the addition of 0.50,1.00 g/kg Lonicera hypoglauca extract in the diet significantly increased the average daily egg weight,egg production rate,and average egg weight of Hy-Line Brown laying hens(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the feed-to-egg ratio(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the addition of 0.50,1.00 g/kg Lonicera hypoglauca extract in the diet significantly improved eggshell strength,Haugh units,and the relative weight of the yolk(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the addition of 0.50,1.00 g/kg Lonicera hypoglauca extract in the diet significantly reduced the cholesterol content in the yolk(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of an appropriate amount of Lonicera hypoglauca extract to the diet of Hy-Line Brown laying hens can improve laying performance and egg quality,and the optimal level of Lonicera hypoglauca extract addition is 0.5 g/kg.
