Porcine rotavirus(PoRV)is one of the main pathogens that causes toxic diarrhea in piglets,which can cause huge economic losses to pig industry.At present,vaccination is considered to be the most effective means of preventing and controlling PoRV infection.In order to better prevent and control PoRV infection,this paper summarized different types of PoRV vaccines,including inactivated vaccines,attenuated vaccines,subunit vaccines and nucleic acid vaccines,and made a comprehensive review of their application and research progress.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various vaccines and therapeutic effects,it was expected to provide references for the future research and development of PoRV vaccines.
