Serological detection and analysis of standardized pig farms in Yueyang City in 2023
The aim of this study was to understand the immunity level of standardized pig farms in Yueyang City.A total of 480 sera collected from eight standardized pig farms in Yueyang City were detected by ELISA method with seven items,such as FMD-O antibody,FMD-A antibody and swine fever antibody.The results showed that the immunization level was lower than the minimum standard(70%)of agriculture and rural areas in 15 farms,and one farm was positive for pseudorabies gE antibody.There were significant differences in the antibody levels of foot-and-mouth disease type A antibody,blue ear antibody and porcine pseudorabies gB antibody during different farms.There were significant farm to farm differences in antibody level of FMD type O in the second half of the year,except that there was no significant difference between different farms.The study showed that the immunity level of Yueyang standardized pig farms was different,and there were time and regional differences.In order to ensure the protective power of vaccine,Yueyang standardized pig farm should strengthen the immunization of susceptible pigs and formulate targeted immunization plans.
