摘要
在饲料端禁抗的背景下,禽蛋需求的大量化、多样性使蛋禽养殖者越来越注重提升蛋品质.目前,植物精油作为抗生素的优势替代品,在畜禽养殖中得到较多的关注.文章从单一或复合植物精油对蛋禽产蛋性能、蛋品质等方面的影响进行了归纳分析,以期为植物精油在蛋禽生产中的推广应用提供参考.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the ban on antibiotics in feed,the large and diverse demand for eggs has led to an increasing focus on improving egg quality among egg producers.Currently,plant essential oils,as superior alternatives to antibiotics,have attracted considerable attention in the breeding of poultry and livestock.This article summarizes and analyzes the effects of single or compound plant essential oils on the egg production performance and quality of layers,with the aim of providing a reference for the promotion and application of plant essential oils in layer production.
