Feasibility analysis of bioactive components from raspberry branches,leaves and by-products and their utilization in feed
Raspberry,also known as'raspberry',belongs to a small shrub that is widely cultivated in China.Raspberry fruit contains polysaccharides,polyphenols,flavones,anthocyanins,cyanotic acid,salicylic acid and other bioactive substances,with anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,improve intestinal flora and other functions.Raspberry root,stem,leaf can be used as medicine,taste sweet and flat,with the effect of kidney strengthening essence,liver tonifying eyesight and so on.In this paper,the bioactive substances and their functions in raspberry branches and leaves and by-products were introduced,and the feasibility of forage utilization of raspberry branches and leaves was analyzed according to the existing research results on forage utilization of small shrubs,and the current application of raspberry branches and leaves in livestock production was introduced,in order to provide a reference for the development and utilization of raspberry silage.
