复方中草药添加剂对白羽肉仔鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫功能的影响

中文摘要：试验旨在研究多种中草药配制的添加剂(蒲公英、黄芪、山楂、厚朴、甘草和当归)对白羽肉仔鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能以及免疫功能的影响.试验选取120只健康状况良好的白羽肉仔鸡,将其随机分成4组,每组设置3个重复,每个重复10只肉仔鸡.对照组肉仔鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ肉仔鸡分别饲喂添加0.5%、1.0%和1.5%的复方中草药添加剂的基础日粮.预饲期7 d,正式试验期35 d.结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ肉仔鸡的末重分别提高了4.72%、6.48%(P<0.05),平均日增重、平均日采食量分别升高了4.81%、2.11%和5.49%、2.56%(P<0.05).试验组Ⅲ的料重比相比对照组降低了2.29%(P<0.05).试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ的屠宰率、半净膛率显著高于对照组和试验组Ⅰ(P<0.05),试验组Ⅲ的半净膛率比试验组Ⅱ提高了1.12%(P<0.05).试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ肉仔鸡的免疫器官指数(脾脏、胸腺、法氏囊)相比对照组分别提高了15.00%、8.28%、10.27%和22.00%、10.65%、12.43%(P<0.05).研究表明,基础日粮中添加由蒲公英、黄芪、山楂、厚朴、甘草和当归复配而成的复方中草药添加剂可有效改善肉仔鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能以及免疫功能,较适宜的添加量为1.5%.

外文摘要：The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of various Chinese herbal additives(Taraxaci herba,Astragalus,Crataegi fructus,Magnoliae officmalis Cortex,Radix Rhizoma glycyrrhizae and Radix Angelicae sinensis)on growth performance,slaughter performance and immune function of White feather broiler chicks.A total of 120 healthy White feather broiler chicks were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group and 10 broiler chicks per replicate.The broiler chicks in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the broilers in the experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed 0.5%,1.0%,and 1.5%compound Chinese herbal additives,respectively.The pre-feeding period for 7 days,and the formal experiment period for 35 days.The results showed as follows:Compared with the control group,the final weight of broiler chicks in the experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was increased by 4.72%and 6.48%(P<0.05),and the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of broiler chicks in the experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were increased by 4.81%,2.11%and 5.49%,2.56%(P<0.05),respectively.The feed to gain ratio of the experimental group Ⅲ was decreased by 2.29%compared with the control group(P<0.05).The slaughtering rate and semi-evisceration rate of the experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of control group and the experimental group Ⅰ(P<0.05),and the semi-evisceration rate of the experimental group Ⅲ was increased by 1.12%compared with that of the experimental group Ⅱ(P<0.05).The immune organ index(spleen,thymus,bursa of Fabricius)in the experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were increased by 15.00%,8.28%,10.27%,and 22.00%,10.65%,12.43%compared with the control group,respectively(P<0.05).The results showed that Chinese herbal additives composed of Taraxaci herba,Astragalus,Crataegi fructus,Magnoliae officmalis Cortex,Radix Rhizoma glycyrrhizae and Radix Angelicae sinensis can effectively improve the growth performance,slaughter performance and immune function of broiler chicks,and the appropriate supplemental amount is 1.5%.
