嗜酸乳杆菌和黄芪多糖对白牦牛犊牛肠道菌群、腹泻率及免疫功能的影响

试验旨在研究嗜酸乳杆菌和黄芪多糖对白牦牛犊牛肠道菌群、腹泻率及免疫功能的影响.试验选取(30±3)d、体况相近的80头白牦牛公犊牛为研究对象,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头牛.各组均自由采食苜蓿干草和开食料,对照组牦犊牛饲喂温度适宜、适量的代乳粉,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组分别在代乳粉中添加1%嗜酸乳杆菌、1%黄芪多糖以及1%嗜酸乳杆菌+1%黄芪多糖.预饲期15 d,正式试验期45 d.结果显示,试验第45 d,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组犊牛粪样乳酸菌数量分别比对照组提高了32.86%、12.58%、48.11%(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数量分别比对照组降低了37.35%、25.59%、53.24%(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组犊牛腹泻率分别降低44.99%、26.82%、61.95%,腹泻持续时间分别降低36.17%、28.51%、42.55%.试验Ⅲ组犊牛血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量比对照组提高了19.50%(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组犊牛血清IgG含量比对照组提高了6.74%、4.61%(P>0.05);各试验组犊牛血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05).研究表明,代乳粉中添加嗜酸乳杆菌+黄芪多糖制剂能够有效调节白牦牛犊牛肠道菌群平衡,显著降低犊牛腹泻率,提高血清免疫球蛋白含量.
Effects of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Astragalus polysaccharide on intestinal flora,diarrhea rate and immune function of white yak calves
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Astragalus polysaccharide on intestinal flora,diarrhea rate and immune function of white yak calves.Eighty(30±3)d male white yak calves with similar body condition were randomly divided into four groups with four replicates in each group and five calves in each replicate.All groups were fed alfalfa hay and starter food freely.The calves in the control group were fed milk replacer with appropriate temperature.The milk replacer in the groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was added with 1%Lactobacillus acidophilus,1%Astragalus polysaccharide,and 1%Lactobacillus acidophilus+1%Astragalus polysaccharide,respectively.The pre-feeding period lasted for 15 days,and the formal experiment period lasted for 45 days.The results showed as follows:On the 45th day,the number of fecal lactic acid bacteria in the groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was increased by 32.86%,12.58%and 48.11%compared with the control group(P<0.05),respectively,and the number of E.coli was decreased by 37.35%,25.59%and 53.24%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the diarrhea rate of calves in the groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was reduced by 44.99%,26.82%and 61.95%,respectively,and the duration of diarrhea was decreased by 36.17%,28.51%and 42.55%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content of calves in the group Ⅲ was increased by 19.50%(P<0.05),and that of calves in the groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was increased by 6.74%and 4.61%(P>0.05).Serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)contents of calves in experimental groups were higher than those in control group,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).The results showed that the addition of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Astragalus polysaccharide in milk replacer powder could effectively regulate the intestinal flora balance of white yak calves,significantly reduce the diarrhea rate of calves,and increase the serum immunoglobulin content.
