2023年河南部分地区6种猪腹泻病流行病学调查

研究旨在了解河南猪群主要腹泻疫病的感染情况,于2023年1月至2024年1月从河南不同地区猪场采集猪腹泻粪便及肠内容物等样品共188份,应用RT-PCR方法检测猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)、猪轮状病毒(RV)、猪δ冠状病毒(PDCoV)、猪嵴病毒(PKV)和猪肠道病毒9型(PEV-9)感染情况.结果显示,上述6种疫病在河南地区呈流行态势,且以PEDV流行为主.188份样品中,PEDV、TGEV、RV、PDCoV、PKV和PEV-9的阳性率分别为55.32%、14.36%、26.06%、4.25%、39.36%和5.32%.对猪群混合感染情况进行分析,发现PEDV与RV、PKV发生二重甚至三重混合感染的概率较高.6种猪腹泻类疫病病原在春季的阳性率较高.研究表明,目前河南地区致猪腹泻病的主要病毒是PEDV、TGEV、RV、PDCoV、PKV和PEV-9,且混合感染现象较为普遍,应进一步加强病原监测并做好综合防控.
Epidemiological survey of six kinds of porcine diarrheal diseases in some areas of Henan Province in 2023
The aim of this study was to understand the prevalence of major diarrheal diseases in pigs in Henan Province.A total of 188 samples of diarrhea feces and intestinal contents were collected from pig farms in different areas of Henan Province from January 2023 to January 2024.The infection of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV),transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV),rotavirus(RV),porcine delta coronavirus(PDCoV),porcine kobuvirus(PKV)and porcine enterovirus type 9(PEV-9)was detected by RT-PCR.The results showed that the above six diseases were prevalent in Henan,and PEDV was the main epidemic.Among 188 samples,the positive rates of PEDV,TGEV,RV,PDCoV,PKV and PEV-9 were 55.32%,14.36%,26.06%,4.25%,39.36%,and 5.32%,respectively.The analysis of the mixed infection of pigs showed that the probability of double or even triple mixed infection of PEDV,RV and PKV was high.The positive rate of six swine diarrheal disease pathogens was higher in spring.The study indicated that PEDV,TGEV,RV,PDCoV,PKV,and PEV-9 were the main viruses causing porcine diarrhea in Henan,and mixed infection was common.It is necessary to further strengthen the pathogen surveillance and comprehensive prevention and control.
