Determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Maxing Shigan oral liquid by HPLC
The aim of this study was to establish a method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Maxing Shigan oral liquid by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The samples were extracted by mobile phase,filtered and injected into high performance liquid chromatography for detection.The determination was performed on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column with methanol-0.2 mol/L ammonium acetate solution-glacial acetic acid(the volume ratio was 67∶33∶1)as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 250 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the column temperature was 30℃,the sample size was 10 μL.The results show that the method has good linearity in the range of 0.1~1.0 g/L,and the linear equation of glycyrrhizic acid was Y=7 767.13X-63.247,r=0.999 8.The method has good precision,accuracy and repeatability.The recoveries were 92.86%~96.19%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)are less than 2.0%.It is suitable for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Maxing Shigan oral liquid.
