摘要
一出现便血症状的患犬综合临床症状以及血常规、C反应蛋白检查、犬细小病毒(CPV)试纸、PCR检查的结果进行诊断,确诊为出血性肠炎型犬细小病毒病.遵循控制感染、对症治疗(补液、止吐、止泻等)、干扰病毒复制、营养支持等治疗原则,患犬经过7 d的治疗,最终恢复健康出院,后期复查各项指标均正常.
Abstract
A dog with hematochezia symptoms was diagnosed with hemorrhagic enteritis canine parvovirus disease by comprehensive clinical symptoms,blood routine test,C-reactive protein test,CPV test paper and PCR test results.Following the principles of infection control,symptomatic treatment(fluid rehydration,antiemesis,antidiarrhea,etc.),interference with virus replication,and nutritional support,the dog finally recovered and was discharged from the hospital after 7 days of treatment,and all indicators of the later review were normal.
