多肽类抗生素检测方法与标准物质的研究进展

多肽类抗生素不规范使用可引起细菌耐药性,影响畜禽养殖发展及公共卫生安全.为提升多肽类抗生素的检出效率,前期工作已开发出多种检测方法.但由于多肽类抗生素标准物质的缺乏,导致不同测量方法结果的一致性难以保证.文章讨论了多肽类抗生素检测方法的特性和应用研究进展,并分析了多肽类抗生素标准物质研制的必要性,以期进一步提升多肽类抗生素的检测能力.
Research progress on detection methods and reference material of polypeptide antibiotic
The irregular use of polypeptide antibiotics can cause bacterial resistance,which affects the development of livestock breeding and public health safety.In order to improve the detection efficiency of polypeptide antibiotics,various detection methods have been developed in the previous work.However,due to the lack of standard substances of polypeptide antibiotics,it is difficult to guarantee the consistency of the results of different measurement methods.In this paper,the characteristics and application of detection methods for polypeptide antibiotics were discussed,and the necessity of developing standard substances for polypeptide antibiotics was analyzed in order to further improve the detection ability of polypeptide antibiotics.
