摘要
目的 构建社区糖尿病患者自我管理手册.方法 成立研究小组,小组基于文献回顾,采用问卷调查法、半结构式访谈法完成社区糖尿病患者自我管理手册初稿,利用德尔菲法将初稿相关问题向10名专家进行2轮专家函询并分析结果,形成终稿.结果 2轮函询的专家意见有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.885和0.905,专家意见协调程度分别为0.357和0.500.终版手册包括一级指标4项(手册介绍、个人基本信息、记录项目和健康教育)、二级指标30项、三级指标118项.结论 成功构建社区糖尿病患者自我管理手册,为糖尿病患者长期自我管理提供了一个实用有效的测评工具.
Abstract
Objective To build a community self-management manual for diabetes patients.Methods A research team was established.Based on literature review,the team completed the first draft of the self-management manual for dia-betic patients in the community by questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview.The Delphi method was used to con-duct 2 rounds of expert correspondence consultation on the issues related to the first draft to 10 experts and analyze the re-sults to form the final draft.Results The effective recovery rate of expert opinion in the two rounds of correspondence was 100%,the degree of expert authority was 0.885 and 0.905,and the coordination coefficient of expert opinion was 0.357 and 0.500,respectively.The final edition of the manual included 4 first-level indicators(manual introduction,ba-sic personal information,record items and health education),30 second-level indicators and 118 third-level indicators.Conclusion The successful construction of community self-management manual for diabetes patients provides a practical and effective evaluation tool for long-term self-management of diabetes patients.
