高血糖高渗性昏迷合并乳酸酸中毒1例

摘要
在临床诊疗中,血糖高达120.7 mmol/L病例极为少见,相关的临床案例报道较少.本院在多学科诊疗模式下,应用中西医结合成功抢救高血糖高渗性昏迷合并乳酸酸中毒,并发重度电解质紊乱及全身多器官功能障碍患者1例.
Abstract
In clinical diagnosis and treatment,cases of blood glucose as high as 120.7 mmol/L are extremely rare,and related clinical cases are rarely reported.Under the multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment mode,the hospital suc-cessfully rescued 1 patient with hyperglycemic hyperosmolar coma complicated by lactic acidosis,severe electrolyte imbal-ance and systemic multi-organ dysfunction by applying the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
