摘要
慢性非传染性疾病(简称慢性病)已成为重大的健康威胁并造成了沉重的经济负担,而科学有效的防控机制尚未完全形成.社区卫生服务机构是慢性病防控的主战场,主动健康理念可应用于指导社区健康管理团队的建设、电子信息平台的管理、科普宣传的开展、健康筛查的开展及健康干预措施的制定等各个环节,有助于提高基层防病治病和健康管理能力,提升全民健康素养、推动健康中国的实现.
Abstract
Chronic non-communicable diseases(Chronic diseases)have become a major health threat and caused a heavy economic burden,but the scientific and effective prevention and control system has not been fully formed.Communi-ty health service institutions are the main battlefield of chronic disease prevention and control.The concept of active health can be applied to guide the construction of community health management teams,the management of electronic information platforms,the development of science popularization,the development of health screening and the formulation of health in-tervention measures,and other aspects,which can help improve the primary hospital ability of disease prevention and treat-ment and health management,improve the people's health literacy and promote the realization of a healthy China.
