Analysis of the supply situation and improvement path of elderly care institutions in Shandong Province based on the perspective of fsQCA configuratio
Objective Explore the influencing factors and improvement paths of the supply level of elderly care insti-tutions in Shandong Province.Methods Based on the elderly care institutions in 16 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province,this paper adopted the fsQCA method to analyze the combined effects of the follow seven conditional variables on the supply level of elderly care institutions in Shandong Province,supply mode innovation degree,inter-industry coordina-tion degree,inter-regional coordination degree,urban-rural coordination degree,undertaking and industry coordination de-gree,economic sustainability degree,and sustainability of talent supply degree.Further,the improvement path of the sup-ply level of pension institutions in Shandong Province was obtained.Results The necessity analysis results showed that,the consistency of each conditional variable was less than 0.9,indicated that no single condition variable can improve the supply level of pension institutions in Shandong Province.The results of conditional configuration analysis showed that,there were 10 configuration paths to improve the supply level of elderly care institutions in Shandong Province,which could be divided into 4 types:"innovation degree-coordination degree"binary coordination type(with supply mode innovation degree,inter-regional coordination degree and urban-rural coordination degree as the core condition),"coordination de-gree-sustainability"binary coordination type(with economic sustainability degree as the core condition),"innovation de-gree-coordination degree-sustainability degree"ternary coordination type(with supply mode innovation degree,inter-regional coordination degree and economic sustainability degree as the core condition),"coordination degree"unit type(inter-industry coordination degree,inter-regional coordination degree,undertaking and industry coordination degree as the core condition).And the overall consistency of 10 configurations was 0.849,with an overall coverage of 0.689.Con-clusions The supply level of pension institutions in Shandong Province is influenced by various complex factors.There are four types of ways to improve the supply level of pension institutions in Shandong Province.They are respectively"in-novation degree-coordination degree"binary coordination type,"coordination degree-sustainability degree"binary coor-dination type,"innovation degree-coordination degree-sustainability degree"ternary coordination type and"coordination degree"unit type.
