老年人人文关怀相关评估工具的研究进展

摘要
随着全球老龄化的加剧,越来越多老年人需要得到高质量的照护,尤其是人文关怀.医护人员和医护学生的老年人人文关怀能力是促进健康老龄化的重要因素,它是融知识、情感、态度等内在修养,外化为服务行为的一种能力.本文从医护人员、医护学生、老年人、老年患者作为不同评估者的角度,对老年知识的掌握情况、态度、关怀行为等国内外常用评估工具进行综述,为提高医护人员和医护学生的老年人人文关怀能力及老年照护质量提供参考.
Abstract
With the global aging population intensifies,high-quality care are needed by more and more elderly,espe-cially humanistic care.The humanistic care ability of doctor,medical student,nurse and nursing students is an important factor to promote healthy aging,it is also an ability to externalize inner quality such as knowledge,emotion,and attitude into service behavior.From the perspectives of doctor,medical student,nurse,nursing student and the elderly as different evaluators,this paper reviews the commonly used assessment tools concerning knowledge,attitude and caring behavior of the elderly at home and abroad,and aims to provide references for improving the humanistic care ability and the quality of elderly care.
