磁共振扩散峰度成像在神经系统疾病中的应用进展

神经系统在人体功能调节中起主导作用,各个部分对人体的活动和代谢进行着总体的调节控制,是人体内最为复杂和重要的部分。神经系统病变复杂多样,且微小的病变即会引起较大的影响。磁共振扩散峰度成像(DKI)能够检测到这些疾病中脑组织微观结构的早期变化,为疾病的早期诊断和疗效监测提供可能性。本文旨在就DKI在脑梗死、帕金森病、癫痫、阿尔茨海默病、脑胶质瘤中的应用进展予以综述。
The progress of diffusion-kurtosis imaging in the assessment of nervous system diseases
The nervous system plays a pivotal role in the regulation of human body functions,with each part regulating and controlling the overall activities and metabolism of the body.It is the most complex and vital component of the human body.Lesions in the nervous system are diverse and complex,with even minor ones having significant impacts.Diffusion kurtosis imaging(DKI)can detect early changes in the microstructure of brain tissue in these diseases,offering new possi-bilities for early diagnosis and monitoring of treatment effects.This article aims to review the application progress of DKI in cerebral infarction,Parkinson's disease,epilepsy,Alzheimer's disease,and glioma.
