摘要
可逆性认知衰弱作为认知衰弱的亚型之一,其特点是具有可逆性,能够有效预测老年人的全因死亡和痴呆等不良事件.本文从可逆性认知衰弱的概念、现状、评估工具、影响因素和干预方法等5个方面进行综述,旨在提高医护人员对老年人可逆性认知衰弱的关注度,为今后对该人群制定有效的干预措施和长期照护计划提供理论依据.
Abstract
Reversible cognitive frailty,as one of the subtypes of cognitive decline,is characterized by reversibility and can effectively predict adverse events such as all-cause mortality and dementia in older adults.This article reviews five aspects of reversible cognitive frailty,including the concept,current status,assessment tools,influencing factors,and in-tervention methods,to increase healthcare professionals'attention to reversible cognitive frailty in older adults and provide a theoretical basis for the development of effective interventions and long-term care programs for this population in the fu-ture.
