Research progress in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment with traditional Chinese medicine
Vascular cognitive impairment(VCI)is a syndrome mainly caused by cognitive impairment due to cerebro-vascular related risk factors,which seriously affects the daily quality of life of patients.This article reviews the traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods for VCI,using the special advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to intervene,which can effectively alleviate the further development of the disease,improve cognitive function and quality of life.
