中药单体干预博来霉素诱导肺纤维化动物模型相关调控机制研究进展

摘要
肺纤维化病因不明,呈进行性加重,肺功能逐渐下降,且临床用于治疗药物较少.研究发现,中药单体在上皮细胞间质转化过程及其相关信号通路、激活细胞自噬、抑制巨噬细胞极化、抑制内质网应激等方面可发挥治疗博来霉素诱导的肺纤维化动物模型的作用.
Abstract
The cause of pulmonary fibrosis is unknown,progressive aggravation,gradual decline of lung function,and few clinical drugs for treatment.It was found that traditional Chinese medicine monomer can play a role in treating bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in animal model in the process of epithelial interstitial transformation and related sig-naling pathway,activation of autophagy,inhibition of macrophage polarization and inhibition of endoplasmic reticulum stress.
