Research progress of kinesiophobia in patients after total knee arthroplasty
Total knee arthroplasty is the final treatment of knee osteoarthritis.With the increasing incidence of knee osteoarthritis and the continuous improvement of total knee arthroplasty,the number of patients treated by total knee arthro-plasty is increasing year by year.However,the patient's fear of movement affected the postoperative recovery.This paper reviews the research on kinesiophobia in patients after total knee arthroplasty from four aspects:concept,assessment tools,influencing factors and intervention strategies,and provides reference for further research and nursing practice of ki-nesiophobia in patients with knee arthroplasty.
