Parkinson's disease(PD)is a progressive neurological degenerative disease,the advanced stage of the dis-ease,can cause various degrees of limb motor injury,thus affecting the daily life of patients.Self-management in the early stages of PD can guide patients to establish correct health management beliefs,help them improve health literacy,estab-lish and maintain healthy behaviors and lifestyle,thus delaying disease progression and improving the quality of life of pa-tients.The influencing factors of self-management of PD patients mainly include self-efficacy,daily living ability,non-mo-tor symptoms,and social support.Their self-management strategies mainly include four aspects:emotion management strategy,exercise management strategy,daily life management strategy,and collaborative nursing strategy.
