Construction of a psychological intervention plan for fear of movement in stroke patients with hemiple-gia based on HAPA theory
Objective To construct a systematic and standardized intervention plan for fear of movement in stroke patients with hemiplegia based on the HAPA theory.Methods Based on the HAPA theory and the results of previous cross-sectional surveys and qualitative studies,a preliminary draft of a psychological intervention plan for fear of movement in stroke hemiplegic patients was developed through various methods such as literature reviewand group discussion.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and revision of the initial draft plan,the final plan was formed.Results A total of 20 experts completed 2 rounds of correspondence,and the effective response rates of the questionnaires were 90%and 100%respectively;the authority coefficients of experts were all 0.8.The final construction of the psychophobic interven-tion program for hemiplegic patients with stroke consisted of 6 items of Level 1,14 items of Level 2,and 31 items of Level 3.Conclusions A psychological intervention program for stroke patients with hemiplegia based on HAPA theory is success-fully constructed.The program is scientific and practical,and can provide reference for rehabilitation exercise guidance for stroke patients with hemiplegia.
