目的 总结心力衰竭患者居家抗阻训练的最佳证据。方法 按照"6S"金字塔证据模型检索BMJ Best Practice、JBI循证卫生保健国际合作中心图书馆、医脉通、Google、国际指南图书馆(GIN)、美国国家指南库(NGC)、英国国家临床医学研究所指南网(NICE)、苏格兰学院间指南网(SIGN)及Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、CI-NAHL、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网、万方数据库。检索时限为2016-2024年。2名接受过循证系统培训的研究人员从文献中提出符合质量标准的证据。结果 共纳入13篇文献，其中4篇为指南，4篇为专家共识，3篇为系统综述，2篇为随机对照试验。通过证据提取与整合，最终形成了心力衰竭患者开展居家抗阻运动的评估、启动居家运动时机、运动方式、运动时间、运动强度和运动监测与评价6个方面共16条最佳证据。结论 本研究总结了关于心力衰竭患者居家抗阻训练的最佳证据，可为心力衰竭患者开展居居家抗阻训练提供借鉴。
Summary of the best evidence for home-based resistance training in patients with heart failure
Objective To summarize the best evidence for home-based resistance training in patients with heart fail-ure.Methods According to the"6S"evidence-based resource pyramid model,databases such as BMJ Best Practice,Jo-anna Briggs Institute(JBI),Medlive,Google,Guidelines International Network(GIN),National Guideline Clearing-house(NGC),National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence(NICE),Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network(SIGN),The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,CBM,CNKI and Wanfang Data were searched.The search period was from 2016 to 2024.Two researchers trained in evidence-based systems presented evidence from the liter-ature that met the quality criteria.Results A total of 13 articles were included,including 4 guidelines,4 expert consen-sus,3 systematic reviews,and 2 randomised controlled trials.Through evidence extraction and integration,a total of 16 pieces of best evidence were finally formed in 6 aspects:the assessment,the best time to exercise at home,mode of exer-cise,duration of exercise,intensity of exercise,and exercise monitoring and evaluation.Conclusion This study sum-marises the best evidence on home resistance training in patients with heart failure,which may inform the development of home resistance training in patients with heart failure.
