With the intensification of population aging in China,the issue of oral health in the elderly has gradually be-come a focal point in geriatric research and public health.Oral frailty,as a typical manifestation of geriatric syndromes,is closely related to various health problems,making its scientific assessment and effective intervention highly significant.This paper reviews the assessment methods and intervention measures for oral frailty in the elderly,both domestically and internationally.It summarizes the main assessment tools,explores various intervention measures and their application ef-fects,analyzes the shortcomings of existing research,and provides an outlook on future research directions.The aim is to provide a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the scientific assessment and intervention of oral frailty in the el-derly.
