瘦素受体基因rs1137101位点多态性与老年人群代谢相关脂肪性肝病发生风险的关系研究

摘要
目的 探讨瘦素受体(LEPR)基因rs1137101位点多态性与老年人代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)发病风险的关系.方法 2020年1月-2021年9月于北京市门头沟社区招募健康体检的1 019例老年志愿者,其中MAFLD组569例、非MAFLD组450例.记录受试者的临床资料,基因芯片法检测LEPR-rs1 137101多态性基因分型.Logistic回归分析评估基因多态性与MAFLD发生的关系.结果 老年人群MAFLD患者携带rs1137101 G＞A多态性较非MAFLD患者多(36.91％vs 24.00％,P＜0.05).携带 LEPR-rs1 137101 A 等位基因与 MAFLD 的发生风险增加有关(OR=1.695,95％CI:1.140～2.520,P＜0.05).结论 老年人群LEPR-rs1137101 A基因可能与MAFLD的发生有关.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between polymorphism of leptin receptor gene rs1 137101 locus and risk of metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)in the elderly.Methods From January 2020 to September 2021,1 019 elderly volunteers were recruited from Mentougou Community in Beijing for physical examination,including 569 ones in the MAFLD group and 450 ones in the non-MAFLD group.Their clinical data were recorded,and the genotype of LEPR-rs1137101 polymorphism was detected by gene chip.Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the relationship be-tween gene polymorphism and the occurrence of MAFLD.Results Among the elderly population,rs1 137101 G＞A polymor-phism was more common in the MAFLD group than that in the non-MAFLD group(36.91％vs 24.00％,P＜0.05).The LEPR-rs1 137101 A allele was associated with an increased risk of MAFLD(OR=1.695,95％CI:1.140-2.520,P＜0.05).Conclusion LEPR-rs1 137101 A gene may be related to the occurrence of MAFLD in the elderly population.
