Application of intervention model based on specialty quality evaluation system in elderly patients after knee replacement
Objective To explore the application of intervention model based on specialty quality evaluation system in elderly patients after knee replacement according to the theory of the three-dimensional quality model of"structure-process-out-come".Methods 108 elderly patients receiving knee replacement in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital,Capital Medical University from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=54 cases)and control group(n=54 cases)according to different intervention measures. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received in-tervention based on specialty quality evaluation system on the basis of the control group. The nursing quality evaluation indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the compliance rates of admission assessment, basic nursing and health education between the two groups(P>0.05).The compliance rates of specialty nursing, psychological nursing and out-of-hospital extended management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical environment, nursing technology, communication, nursing, safety, guidance and the total scores of satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention model based on specialty quality evaluation system can significantly improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients after knee replacement, and has certain clinical application value.
