The Chinese side of dredging osteosarcoma and modem medical literature,taking phlegm and blood stasis as the cause,made an in-depth study on the connotation of the theory of"phlegm carrying blood stasis and then forming a nest bag",the related pathogenesis of osteosarcoma"phlegm with blood stasis"and regulating qi and dispersing knot,and the sim-ultaneous treatment of phlegm and stasis.From the formation and development connotation of the theory of"phlegm with blood stasis,then into a nest bag"and its correlation with the mechanism of osteosarcoma,through the analysis of clinical syndrome differentiation of osteosarcoma,in order to further improve the level of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of os-teosarcoma of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and to provide scientific basis for the treatment of osteosarcoma by the the-ory of"phlegm with blood stasis,then become a nest bag".Through the analysis,it is considered that osteosarcoma is phlegm with blood stasis,mutual knot in bone,pathogenesis of spleen and kidney deficiency,biochemical deficiency of qi and blood,agitation weakness,phlegm and blood stasis,cementation hidden in the depths of the body,tumor for a long time.The treat-ment of phlegm and blood stasis must first regulate qi,regulate qi and disperse stagnation,and the simultaneous treatment of phlegm and blood stasis is an important principle to prevent the further development of the disease.
