Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection combined with throm-bolysis on elderly patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Ninety-six elderly patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=48)treated with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection combined with thrombolysis(alteplase),and a control group(n=48)treated with alteplase only after admission.The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.The Chinese Stroke Neurological Scale(CSS)was used to assess the neurological function of the two groups before and after treatment,and the Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL)was used to assess the activities of daily living of the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,47 cases(97.72％)were effective in the observation group,and 41 cases(85.42％)in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(x2=4.909,P=0.027).After treatment,the CSS scores of the patients were decreased,the ADL scores were increased(P＜0.05),and the CSS(10.68±2.76)points in the observation group were lower than(15.69±2.73)points in the control group(t=8923,P＜0.05),and the ADL(68.97± 10.28)points were higher than(56.44±11.49)points in the control group(t=6.529,P＜0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of elderly patients with ischemic stroke has a significant effect,can significantly enhance the daily life ability of patients and improve neurologi-cal function,with certain clinical value.
