Evaluation of psychological rotation rehabilitation therapy on motor ability of stroke hemiplegic patients

摘要
目的 探究心理旋转康复疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动能力的影响.方法 通过采用随机数字表法对本院在2019年7月-2021年10月收治98例脑卒中偏瘫患者,分为对照组和实验组,各49例,对照组实施常规康复护理干预,实验组实施心理旋转康复疗法护理干预,观察两组患者运动功能、干预前后Berg平衡力、运动耐力的变化情况.结果 实验组患者干预后3d、7d、15d等运动能力评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(F=24.310,P＜0.05);实验组患者干预后Berg平衡力、6分钟步行距离(6 Mi-nute Walk Distance,6MWD)等显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施心理旋转康复疗法护理干预,可有效改善患者肢体运动功能,加强运动平衡能力,提高患者运动耐力水平,促使患者能够得以早期康复.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological rotation rehabilitation therapy on stroke hemiplegia.Meth-ods By using randomized number table method to the hospital in July 2019 to October 2021 admitted 98 cases of stroke hemiplegia patients,divided into control group and experimental group,49 cases,control group implement routine rehabilita-tion care intervention,experimental group implement psychological rotation rehabilitation therapy care intervention,observe the two groups of patients movement function,Berg balance,exercise changes before and after exercise endurance.Results In the experimental group,3d,7d and 15d were significantly higher than in the control group,which was statistically signifi-cant(F=24.310,P＜0.05);In the experimental group,Berg balance and 6-minute walking distance(6 Mi-nute Walk Dis-tance,6 MWD)were significantly higher than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of psychological rotation rehabilitation therapy nursing intervention for stroke hemiplegia patients can effectively improve their physical movement function,strengthen their exercise balance ability,improve their motor endurance level,and promote patients to achieve early recovery.
