Objective To explore the relationship between carbohydrate antigen 125(CA1 25)combined with thymidine kinase 1(TK1)and recurrence of breast cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 86 breast cancer patients admitted to Gongyi City People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study group,and 80 healthy patients who received physical examinations at the same time as the hospital were selected as the control group.Patients in the study group were treated before and after surgery Serum CA125 and TK1 levels were detected in the next week.Serum CA125,TK1,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)levels were detected in the control group on the day of physical examination to explore the relationship between CA125 and TK1 levels and breast cancer recurrence after surgery.CA125 and TK1 were compared before and one week after surgery in recurrent and non-recurring patients.Results The levels of TK1 and CA125 in the study group before and one week after the operation were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of TK1 and CA125 in the study group were significantly lower than those before the operation one week after the operation(P<0.05);The levels of TK1 and CA125 in stage Ⅰ breast cancer patients were lower than those in stage Ⅱ breast cancer patients(P<0.05);During the 8-month postoperative follow-up,21 patients relapsed,with a recurrence rate of 24.42%(21/86).The levels of TK1,CA125,CEA,CA153in relapsed patients were higher than those in non-relapsed patients(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in the levels of TK1 and CA1 25 between patients with recurrence and those without recurrence(P>0.05).One week after the operation,the levels of TK1 and CA125 in the recurrence and non-recurrence patients were decreased(P<0.05),and the TK1 and CA125 lev-els in the recurrence patients were higher than those in the non-recurrence patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum TK1 and CA125 can reflect the progress of the disease to a certain extent.The levels of TK1 and CA125 are higher in patients with postoperative recurrence.TK1 combined with CA125 has a certain value in predicting the risk of postoperative recur-rence in breast cancer patients.
