Objective Analysis of the therapeutic effect of pralidone and pralidone on cognitive function of patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods 158 patients with Parkinson's disease treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were included in the study.They were divided into 73 cases in the western medicine treatment group and 85 cases in the combined traditional Chinese medicine group.They were treated with Xifeng dingzhan Decoction and domperidone.The changes of the indexes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results Compared with the western medicine treatment group,the level of inflammatory factors,UPDRS score and TCM syndrome score in the combined tradi-tional Chinese medicine group were lower(P＜0.05);MOCA score,ADL score,neurotransmitter and total effective rate were higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xifeng dingzhan decoction combined with domperidone can inhibit inflammatory state,improve cognitive function and improve neurotransmitter level,which is worthy of clinical application.
