Objective To investigate the effect of Supplementing Qi,activating blood circulation and relieving turbidity on the curative effect and renal blood flow of patients with chronic renal failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Meth-ods 98 patients with chronic renal failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis type treated in the hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the study group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Xiezhuo method.The patients in both groups were treated for 3 months to observe the clinical effect.The arrival time,peak intensity and renal blood flow indexes of the two groups were compared,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the arrival time and peak intensity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the peak intensity of the two groups increased(P<0.05),and the study group was higher(P<0.05).The arrival time of the two groups was shortened,and the study group was lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(95.92%)was higher than that of the control group(81.63%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(4.08%)was lower than that in the control group(20.41%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of Supplementing Qi,activating blood circulation and removing turbidity in the treatment of patients with chronic re-nal failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis type is beneficial to improve renal blood flow,has significant curative effect and reduce adverse reactions.
